What are you looking for?
My grandfathers, whom I love...

Papa, my paternal grandfather...
Your jokes, many of which are quite corny and silly, have always amused me, even as you're 94 this year and I'll be 33.
Your medical knowledge, as you're a highly respected family physician in the community and have kept up-to-date on all information gained over the years since gaining your degree, is quite extensive and pertains to all my questions.
Your love for black licorice is quite humorous among me, my sisters and us cousins. Your pantry literally has a space dedicated to it, ensuring you have ample supply in the (unlikely, ha) chance the grocer somehow loses its supply.
I know that if I ever need some kind of medical intervention, you'll be the first I go to. We've had many conversations of what medications might help me with my schizoaffective disorder, their dosages... And what would best help me lose weight and continue to reduce my risk of developing diabetes.
When I finally moved back to NC, to this one city, I knew that having your surname would help me be noticed by employers and pretty much everyone else. (I want to make myself known as myself, but people realizing you're my grandfather definitely helps. :D )
Granddad, my maternal grandfather...
You've always been a beacon of wisdom in my life. Seeing as you've been a senior minister of the local church for several decades, that makes sense.
I spent many days (like, a freaking LOT of days) growing up with you, just you and me, in Arkansas fishing, hanging out, etc.
Just everything you've taught me, it's all shown me what to look for so I stay on track with my faith.
Thanks to you both! I love you both so much for everything you've done to steer me on the right path, everything you've taught me.
