How do I make someone believe that i trust them again? (when i do?)

So my best friend is a god at video games, so I asked them if they could play on my account. They agreed, and I gave them my password (which is the same password of my Facebook and Instagram). And to login the game, you need to log in using Facebook, so now my best friend knows my Facebook password. and since Instagram is connected with Facebook, they know it too. The following day I get 2 emails saying someone tried to login, 1 from Facebook and one from Instagram. I automatically suspect my best friend, and I confront them about it. They say no. And then my sister also gets 2 emails. (we share the same password so its easy to remember) and for some reason the location of the person who was trying to get in is the same location we are in. So me and my sister suspect our older sister. (We are not so close with her because she is very strict and she focuses on school instead of family.) I then ask her if she's been logging into my account. She was a little hesitant and gives me not so believable reasons like "There's a hack going on." so now I'm POSITIVLY SURE its our older sister. So my problem is, My best friend thinks I don't trust them, (and to make things worse I have been planning to confess.) How do I get out of this situation?

Change all your passwords, and never give them out again. And tell everyone who you've put in "the hot seat" that you've changed your passwords and moving on and "all's good". Best of luck.
