I was so happy because I hadn't self-harmed in a day, and I went to write about it. Then I suddenly got anxious because of online school and started hitting my head. I lost my streak! And the negative thoughts started again.
"I'm gonna fail this class again, I don't understand everything." "The teachers will get mad at me when we go back to in-person because I can't focus."
I'm so stupid, I hate myself so much.

they are interested in you because they want something from you. some people want or demand things from you like attention and time. others desire what you have...
There are an enormous amount of kids who are having trouble with online schooling. You certainly aren't the only one. There has been a lot on the news about the fighting to get the public schools open again. Very few are open and it is the teacher's unions that are stopping them from opening. Biden can order the schools to open but he is bowing to the unions because they give a lot of money to the Democrats.
Kids who are doing this online learning are being affected in a very bad way and the government knows. There are parents and children going out into the streets protesting about this.
I wonder if this is an easier way for the teachers to teach than teaching in the class rooms and they are being selfish with no care for you kids.
Many kids are failing their grades because of this system and unless things change all you can do is wait and hope that the schools will open again soon.
ReplyActually, I'm quite sure I got like this from something else, but school just added a bunch more pressure. My school is about to open up soon anyways.
ReplyI myself haven't been in this sort of situation myself, but the stress you are feeling is very valid. I understand how hard it may be to keep up with school. School throws huge assignments at you and expect you to do it as quickly as possible, and then also act like you have no personal life. And I realize how addicting and relieving SH can be when your stressed. But just know, I believe in you. Stay strong, you can do this. You are doing so well. Dont let one slip up ruin how proud you were feeling. We are all here for you when you need us. Dont ever forget that. Habits can be hard to break, and you should try maybe drawing on yourself or picking up a habit that you can vent through! i use art, but of course art isn't for everyone! take your time, and try to find something your interested in. And overthinking is hard as well, so when you begin to overthink, try to rationalize your thoughts and tell them off. It may not work, but I always try to do it. I believe in you, and so does everyone else. Stay strong we all are here and care for you. :)
