Iām so sorry, that sucks. Do you have any creative interests like drawing, music or writing? When I got dumped I channeled my heartbreak into drawing and ended up with a few cool pictures that made me feel better. Maybe you can try an outlet like that?
ReplySome would say that you need to let go of the pain and move on from him, but I cannot say that. Letting go of something precious is too difficult to direct through words. It's like having a broken leg and being told to walk it off.
All I can advise you to do is remember this pain you feel. Do not think of it voluntarily because that will lead to overthinking. Just remember that you have felt a broken heart at least once in your life. Take it slow and take as long as you need to study it and learn from it. You have experienced and lived through something that many people would have lost their lives to. One day, someone will come to you and ask for similar advice. When that day comes, you will be prepared to answer and support them through the whole process.
All you can do now is keep walking. He was walking beside you, but he was not carrying you. Now, he is not walking beside you, and you are still walking.
ReplyWrite all of your feelings and emotions away. Or just simply talking to someone you fully trust like a family member or anyone. I rather writing and keeping it to myself but its very therapeutic and helps me. Also, let your emotions out don't keep them in, it will only make it worse trust me. Best of luck to you! <3

ReplyI can't tell you how to get over him. Struggling as well. :c I'll be your friend, though! :D But writing my emotions through unsent letters or poetry helps me, or I watch "Baddie" stuff on TikTok and YT. It makes you feel confident and forget for a bit.
