I have questioned my gender three times. Twice I have wrote about it on here. But I thought it was strange. For about a week, I'll be in so much pain. I see myself as nonbinary, but there are reasons to doubt it. I make plans to ask my best friend for help, then after a while I feel like a girl again, and thus the plan ends up as useless. It's horrible and I never want to go through it again.
Currently I feel like a cis girl. However, I do think it's odd, and I'm afraid that it will happen again. I also for some reason like both male and female terms? But I don't feel like a boy at all. Like for example:
- She, he AND they. I don't care.
- King AND queen, like if someone used this in a nickname or something I guess.
- Son AND daughter
The only exceptions are that I prefer sister and mother to brother and father.
I hope this doesn't start another round of gender confusion.

Also, it's worth noting that when I am in a gender confusion stage, I can not tell if I also identify as a girl, or if I simply don't mind it. However, during these times the only label I've liked is nonbinary.
ReplyIf you can, consider seeing a doctor and get your sex hormones checked out.
ReplyI wish I could give you the best advice, but I do not struggle with these questions. I still want to reach out. I think a lot of what you're experiencing will come with time. I know that's a cliche answer, but I do believe timing is everything. When I am in pain, I try to distract myself that doesn't involve my phone. I've joined clubs for things that I enjoy. I have also done DIY projects that take my mind off of depression, anxiety. Just know whatever you become, you will still be loved by so many people and I hope you find out your answer.
ReplyMaybe you're genderfluid? Idk. My friend is going through the same thing and they're telling everyone to use gender neutral terms for them while they figure it out.
