I need to practice writing. More incentives for members to refer companies to our programs
Build out our network of bank partners, sponsors, other SME’s so that our members see more value in our network
Have a structured onboarding with pitch day winners to discuss our offerings as they move into a new phase
Have set dates in which we reach out to our members to have check in calls
This will hopefully lead to greater enrollment once the members are eligible
Keep them in our radar in case they are eligible for funding
Allow them to utilize our network more frequently
Considering that we have such a diverse range of member companies, it would be beneficial to refresh our content so that we stay up to current trends so they see more value in our curriculum than they already do
Our SME selection is very good but I think if we reach out to different companies and banks, we can increase the willingness our members would have to stay connected with us
SME’s are a source of inspiration for our member companies so having success stories from different industries would be beneficial for them
We have already established new regions this past year which is fantastic but I think there are certain regions that are rich with diverse founders and innovative companies such as:
