I don't know your problems or difficulties but it might be too much for you to handle that you shifted this way to handle things. They sure would've been tough enough to break you and find and escape. I don't know how and when you'll cope up, it takes time but I'm sure that one day it'll happen. Life is meaningless until you breath some sense into it and then it gets meaningless again when you stop breathing and give up. So this on and off relationship with your life is gonna make you mad but it'll keep you sane at the same time. Take things slow, sort them out, find the problem and dive deeper to root cause. If you can do something to change it, give your life into it and change it but if you can't, then you can either make peace with your prblms till they eat you out, or find other way to compensate the lost moments of life while being sad for it. I hope you choose best for yourself and find a way out, because some day, you will and that thought is enough to keep you running for the light!!
