I start watching random t.v shows for countless hours....and that somehow helps me get distracted from it. But again my studies get affected a lot because of it ...and at this moment they are most important thing rn because I have a entrance exam in 2 months... although I do know what triggered me this time...and I'm trying to be optimistic and not to let it get to me. I simply feel hopless now. And let me tell u this I usually try to get up and get any sort of imp things done ASAP when this happens to me...but at this time I simply don't have it in me to do anything.
Write down every good and happy thing you can think of.
Dont try to philosophize. Just try to give yourself some space to feel what you feel. Remember to breathe deeply if you can as it helps to get more oxygen. I sometimes go for long walks during the darkest experiences and somehow as I am physically moving at a steady pace and feeling the state of being, something indescribable happens and sort of turns the experience into something more digestible if that makes any sense.
For me, a good cry or watching something funny on youtube sometimes helps.
