I honestly hate my body and skin so much that I just want to shed out of it completely, I feel as if I can’t dress a certain way or go out without makeup without feeling disgusting. Sometimes it seems as if the only escape from this constant feeling of insecurity is death and I just think about how I would have absolutely no worries if this were the case.

You should try therapy and hopefully get the help you need to overcome this.
ReplyI recomend you try therapy and focus on yourself, not only the outside but the inside. work on good habits such as not going through social media first thing in the morning (that shit is fake). make your bed and stretch early, eat healthy, read, work out, skin care routine really help (im a guy and never thought it would make a difference but it really does). make goals and spend time reaching them. Nobody is perfect, we all have flaws and insecurities. Some things we can change others we just gotta accept and embrace them as part of who we are.
take a breath and keep your chin up.
