My ex boyfriend dumped me 4 months ago and I've been a mess. For the first month , I was numb and didn't feel anything, not much crying and stuff. It hit later and I've been blaming myself and feeling guilty tho he treated me badly. Due to the lockdown I've had to stay at home and my family isn't really supportive of anything. I've lost touch with my friends. I have exams coming up and I've not even started studying. I've put on so much weight I feel disgusted. I can't sleep at night and oversleep every morning. It seems like nothing matters and I'm not able to snap out of it. It just hurts so bad. I've become so mean abd cold to the people around me. I hate what I've becone. I just hate everything.

Begin by stopping blaming yourself and feeling guilty, get in touch with your friends, begin studying, get up early in the mornings so that you will sleep at night, do something about your weight, and treat people the way you want them to treat you.

Replyif you are an open type of person just talk it out to a sincere friend of yours all your feelings and stuff....just give yourself time and start to focus on studies as a distraction...if you have friend who is attending the same exam try to be in contact with that person and study together
