Learning a Language

Looking for some advice because both of my parents are kind of out of the picture. They’re both so busy with work and my brother that they can’t spare a minute to talk to me. And so though it seems a little off topic here, I really don’t have anyone else.

I’d like to learn a language. I’m between German and Spanish. The first I’m really drawn to but have no use for, while the second would be practical for living in the United States and for school. The second I feel is what I should do, and yet a want to learn German. Any advice?

Spanish is far easier to learn than German. Deutsch and German have very difficult pronunciation, it's a very back of the throat language. Spanish has been said to be one of the easiest languages to learn, and gives you a nice basis to move on to french if ever you decide to add another language to your repertoire. Not that I can speak either apart from a few phrases.

I'm this situation too between these two language and want to manage a language between my graduation as additional but if you think as what language will benefit you more obviously you can learn both but to select one try to write about both i mean their merits and demerits and decide what you wanna do!

You can always learn both. Many people speak multiple languages.

You can learn both, but Spanish would be more practical. So learn Spanish first, coming from a person fluent in it. It's quite easy tbh.
