I can't take it anymore. They were horrid when I was a child, but they've gotten much worse as an adult. I'm going to do something stupid if I don't fix this. I'm completely volatile, and the smallest things have me wishing to physically harm others. I can't feel happy or even love at any normal capacity. Does anybody have experience in fixing this?

Have you tried anger management?
I really don't hold my hurt in as anger, I take it out more on myself. I also watched people be physically abusive so this triggers and frightens me to a certain degree. Not so much in a boxing match.
I read that if you focus your anger in a healthy way or outlet, you can make it a habit. Then when you are feeling these emotions you will know how to handle them.
Do you enjoy anything or have something you are passionate about?
Have you ever expressed in a healthy way, through talking or writing, how these people made you feel? It could help your healing process to find peace.

I used to go when I was too young to remember, but I haven't considered going back...
I love art and music, but sometimes doing the things I love MAKES me angry, and I can't contain or channel it (yet at least :c )
