It's been more than 2.5 months, at least 10 hours a day my eyes are constantly on the screen of laptop and phone because of the online classes and everything related to my academics are on laptop due to unavailability of books and physical classes. Due to this what I need to do I do on my laptop. It was just fine a week before and I am even fine now but only physically. Due to over usage of laptop, my eyes are even to straining. It is just that it feels like something a weight is kept on my head and it is not headache. Sometime it feels the weight is too heavy. I am totally fine physically but mentally my head is just too heavy due to which I can't focus properly. This is making me distracted from study and environment. I don't know what is happening around me.
