I am okay in my physically Health But I am Mentally Sick, I have Depression and Anxiety, i Always Get Emotional but i never show it to anyone. I can only express how i feel on painting, drawing, and listening to music but it's not enough to make me feel better so sometimes i take medicines secretly without my Family or Relatives knowing it, i dont even want to go to doctor because It won't help me solve this Mental Health.
