So , I'm from India where arranged marriage is still considered the 'better' way to get married.
But here's the thing, around me i see so many people who would otherwise have been happier with their ex lovers than what they are today with their partners (chosen by parents). Parents judgement may not be the best, but they definitely have your best interest. But that doesnt make it the right match!
Then why is it said that people will end up with who they are meant to be with?
why is it said that marriages are made in heaven then?
I can be wrong and maybe in the long, these are the right people for them. But just doesn't feel so from a third persons perspective.
These are people i have watched very closely all my life, my sisters. So maybe this is what is better for them in the long , and its too early to judge right now, but just feels like the concept of finding a soulmate is far off in an arranged marriage. i just dont see them as happy and content as they used to be earlier with their loves.
i just don't understand why its said that the universe will always play in your favour, and only whats meant for you will be yours.
How can something that made someone so happy, not be meant for them?
just seeing all this around me makes me question a lot of things tbh. Like, is anyone really even happy in an arranged marriage? do you even find a soulmate through an arranged process?

Not at all, but those people who were married through arranged marriage will just learned to love each other.
It saddened that they have no choice at the first place. Their rights were not considered.
I also heard this( arrange marriage ) with some Indians.
ReplyLol these stupid indians make their own statement all the time. I would suggest to stay with your partner for some time and see if you are really happy.
Live in together is the best way to solve the problem
