My online test is only 2 weeks away. And I don't have time to study because I have 6 hours of online classes every day, and then I have to do my tons of homework after that. Then I also have a project that has to be done. Also, the online extracurricular activities until 4 every Wednesday. After that, I also have to do all the house chores and then take care of my siblings. It is so tiring. I don't even have time to do self-study. It is really stressful thinking about that. Can you tell me how to manage my time? I think I've done my best managing my time, but I still don't have much time to do the self-study. I already disabled all of my social media, but I still don't have time to do the self-study! My schedule is so packed that even during the weekends I still have some online programmes to attend. Should I sacrifice my sleep time to do the self-study? I'm totally stressed and burned out! It makes me cry every time I think about it. I keep telling myself not to give up, but I'm tired. I have to think about the most important exam I'm going to take in March next year, but here I am with no progress in my studies. I failed my maths before. I'm not scoring really well in my last test. All I want is to score better this time. I tried not to sleep all day once before, but it just didn't work well. I can't focus on my online classes. Everything was miserable that day. Help me, please!

Hey :) First, i think it's really important to step back for a moment and relax a bit. It will help you to organize everything.
Second, it seems like you have a lot to do and I was in the same situation a few weeks ago. Using a calendar really helped me. i recommend placing the big missions first and those you can't delay. there are tons of tips on the internet on how to use a calendar and how to plan your day.
About the house chores, maybe ask your parents or your siblings to help with them in the next weeks, explain to them the situation.
And lastly, please do not skip or give up your sleep time. it is important to sleep enough.

Do you already try creating a check list?
I guess, the first thing that you should do is to not overthink ( I overthink a lot and it's not helping). You can't really focus if you overthink.
During your online class:just focus, ask questions/clarification immediately if there's something that made you confused. Ask for help to your classmates, teacher or someone that you think will help you.
And while doing household chores, maybe you can also review your notes at the same time ( sticky notes or ask your siblings to help you review by asking questions).
You still need to rest at least some minutes.eating chocolates ( not too much) might also help.
Don't ever skip your meals
I can relate and I know the feelings. It's really hard and tiring but you can do it. Believe in yourself !!!

ReplyI do not think so that we can help you manage your time, especially when it is not about the managing your time.
Is about hate love of the things you do. If you hate what you do you use altot energy and result is weak and opposite.
So the right question should be how can you help yourself to like what you do instead of how to manage torturing yourself for longer or more efficiently
