The real thing in my life is i don't know what to do. I am a physics graduate but still struck in the thoughts 'what shold i do next?' I am totally confused about this. I don't even know what are my skills, my passion, what is it that I'm interested, what are my abilities, what to choose and what not. I can't understand myself. I have asked myself what is that i want, what should I do, but i couldn't find it. I don't even know what to do with my life. Iam totally struck. I'm confused in between what i like or not. This makes me fear every little thing and I lack confidence in myself. I want to overcome this fear and confusion and to find the real me, but i simply couldn't help myself. I'm still blaming myself for what i have done in my life i want to do something but i simply couldn't find what it is. It's getting worse day by day
Please help, please.

Why not try consulting a professor or a study specialist? even people who finished the same school with you to find out what they did! Would you be interested in a master or a phd on a specific topic?
ReplyHi
You seem to know what you need to do to live as you want to live, but don't really know how? You said you don't know yourself, which is good to acknowledge! First step in figuring out what you want in life.
I didn't know myself at all when I had to choose a career, and I was so scared of doing anything in my life. So I had the privilege to take a step back, and get to know myself as if she was someone I'd never met before (I kinda didn't.)
Started with doing a lot of random stuff. Didn't really like meditation, and spicy food must be an acquired taste, but I did like art, and history, and philosophy, physics and a lot more!
Did I want to do anything with it? No, not really. Did I want my job to be my life...kinda? I didn't know anything else...but what if I just lived outside of my way of income?
My point is, that's one way to choose how to live life. I chose to not plan. I suck at planning for myself. But I wanted some sort of goal, simple and achievable. You may choose what makes you comfortable and might satisfy you.
That might change over time, but that's something you'll deal with if it ever happens. Don't put a band aid on a spot in case of a future wound (weird saying in my family)
I guess I'm saying to "go on dates" with yourself and get to know them. Know your options, and choose what feels right when you're ready to choose. Until then, do what you have to stay healthy and comfortable.
Life scams you into believing it's running faster than it is. That you don't have enough. But while you choose to live, you're using that time wisely.
Small choices, friend. Get to know you.
Good luck
