Hello,
one week ago I decided to take a break from relationship with my 4 years boyfriend, because I wanted to try some new things, before having serious relationship. For the first days I felt very good and he was sad. We met a few days later and it was terrible. I started to regret, it was unbearable so I begged him to take me back, but he didn't want to.
I feel like a loser. He is wealthy, intelligent, good looking and some people already hate me, because I am not his girlfriend anymore.
Everywhere I look, it remembers me of our time together. Do you have any advice, how to get over this. Going on a trip? Reading a new book? Anything would be helpful.
Thank you!

all your options ar nice, but keep in mind not tagging along people you have in common or it will be awkward enough for you to relapse on thinking about him.
Find a new hobby, apply for a cooking course for example and get to know new people and explore yourself while you're at this.
