I don’t know what your going through, but what helped me move on from things was starting to work on myself. I started waking up early at 5 every week (except for weekends lol) and I went for a jog at a park. I also read at least two books every week and workout on the weekends. I’m always busy so I don’t have time to dwell on the past. Just put yourself first and everyone else secondary.

ReplyI dont know what exactly you want to let go of but it will be difficult in the beginning.The only thing you can do is to not think about it much.Try to do something which will divert your attention.You will make it one day.Much love <3
ReplyMake peace with it. Process what you need to. Cry. Get it out. Say it to people. Write it down.
Then laugh. Find things to laugh about with people you find funny and feel great.
