1) Understand that thoughts are flexible, we suffer because we're too focused on a particular thought. The reason why you're sometimes feeling relief is that you subconsciously pulled your focus away from it. 2) Everyone has painful thoughts, the survivors understand we shouldn't dwell on it, they tried, and they know it's easier to accept and heal than to dwell. 3) Zoom out, your mental stability will break once you zoom too close to the negative things/events/comments. The victims of zooming-in commit suicide, those who understand the art of zooming will be a philosopher. 4) Understand chaos, let things be the way they are, only intervene when necessary. 5) Life is fucking painful, the quote "happiness is a choice" is actually real. 6) IMPROVE, YOUR, SELF. You can be whatever the fuck you want and no one is going to stop you, bad people can only say shit and lowkey ask for forgiveness once you succeed. Lastly, forgive yourself — I beg you.
