sometimes I get this gut feeling all of a sudden and I feel scared or something bad is about to happen. but it doesn't happen when I'm outside or anything like that since if it did I could have understand where this feeling coming from. It doesn't happen all the time but when it happens I feel so scared and anxious and feels like something bad is waiting for me.
It usually happens around 10 - 20 minutes later after I wake up so I'm either in my bed or sitting down at my table and all of a sudden I get this weird squeamish feeling and a wave from my body and I feel scared. I have no idea why I feel this way and It's making my already stressful and anxious life more stressful and uncomfortable..
it happened few minutes ago and I can't understand the reason, I was watching a regular video on youtube when this happens, it had nothing bad just a compilation of videos and photos of two of my favourite j-pop idols. all of a sudden this feeling comes and I just can't understand why it happened and start thinking about if I left an assignment unfinished and didn't know the submission date or something like that( these days what scares me the most are my uni assignments lol)
Has anyone ever has this experience happens to them? or know why this is happening? if so please give me some advice

I can relate but not as severely. that feeling of fear and the feeling something bad is going to happen is a symptom of anxiety disorder. as you said you get anxious but its more severe. im not an expert but if you suspect you may have an anxiety disorder. do research, go to doctor if you can. but until then find ways to cope and/or distract fo ground you. good luck
ReplyThese are panic attacks and these occur when your subconscious thinks you are in danger even when you aren't. Go to a doctor for medication. There is medication here in Australia called Duloxetine and if you are in a different country you might be able to get something like this.
