I am a senior at high school..so you know stress stress and stress. I am really really stressed at the moment that my heart and body is about to explode.. I don't know what to do.. Exams are around the corner and I haven't started studying a single thing. Not that I don't want to study, even when I sit to study I am not able to concentrate and I just don't feel like doing anything. When I sit simply doing nothing I feel a heaviness in my heart and I cry. I know this is a feeling most of the ppl go through but I am not able to handle it anymore. I want to score a good mark. I am trying to study but I am not able to ...

Try talking to a teacher about this, perhaps the teacher will help. It looks like school is getting too much for you so have a break and a rest as often as you can.

Gather your thoughts and calm down.
You need to have a plan~ just a simple list of your task or subjects that you'll take in order..
Then, if ever you don't get the lessons. Ask your teacher or your classmates.
Focus focus, give yourself a rest..
Turn off your phone while studying..believe in yourself 😊

I'm a senior too, going through the exact same thing, but I'm homeschooled. Don't have a teacher at all. You're lucky.
