It's not just mental, but also physical. I even sleep more than I used to, but I always wake up feeling like I didn't sleep much. I have a lot on my plate, so thinking about everything I have to do is overwhelming me. I've handled a lot of college credits in the past, but for some reason, this semester feels like it's too much. I'm taking 18 credits and working, but I feel like I should be able to handle this. I only work 18 hours a week after all. But, I feel so sleepy all the time! I am a little worried that my mental health is going to go downhill fast if I continue to feel this tired. Also, my tiredness has been affecting my concentration, and my grades a little.

give yourself a break sweetheart, you need to fine a way to regenerate and do not be so hard on yourself 18 credits is a lot and most people could not do it!!
ReplyI feel the same. But I've been here before. I don't know if you have, but regardless I think it's already super important that you have noticed that you have not been feeling well. And honestly I can't tell you what will fix it, because I don't know. Maybe try to focus on things that you enjoy doing, try your best to get rest, it doesn't have to be sleep, it can be laying in bed for example. You'll get through this, and I will too.
