my parents are really stressing me out about school and keep reminding me "you're doing IGCSE's now.", they say it in a way to make me feel scared and it keeps bugging me. everytime they remind me i have this ache in my chest, i dont know what it means but i always get it when my parents always remind me about school. ive tried distracting myself by playing videogames, it keeps me calm and happy (?). but my dad deleted all of my games and say i schould focus on my IGSCE's. i hate being the 'big kids' now, i hate being in secondary/ highschool now. i hate having to stress about the most littlest things and cry every night before school.

I understand you :") School also stresses me out. My parents also keep reminding me about things I stress about. So every time they stress me out, I roll my eyes and stick out my tongue and mock them in their absence as they leave, it makes me feel better and less angry. Then I do things which relieve me from my stress (For me it's writing in my diary and talking to people) and then I study for a couple hours. I hope you do something similar too, because the biggest way to relieve stress is to deal with it...So if you study every day (with entertainment in between) then you'll be more relaxed (mentally satisfied with yourself)
Replyeee thank you :D
