I found out that my high blood pressure has come down after almost 9 years since it was gone. I was fine by the first 6 years but I think the past 3 years or so was what brought it back. Depression lead to unhealthy binge eating and now I pay for the consequences of my past actions. I was doing well weight wise as well but I gained alot these few years due to a dark time in my life. I need to do lower it, I started being more active, exercising and running during the weekdays. I need to bring it down, I cant bring this with me. My family doesn't know that my high bp is back nor am I willing to let them carry that burden again. I have to be better, I need to control my eating. I can do it right? Hopefully things will become better after 1 mths' worth. But I know this is something I have to keep on doing for the rest of my life so that this wont ever happen again. It shouldn't happen again.

YEEEESSSS, you got this. I am helping my roommate lose weight. She has a similar problem. and she been losing two pounds every week. She doesn't exercise all she does is chose what to eat wisely. In lunch she only eats salads, that are full of multiple veggies, with a lil meat. be careful with your eating when losing weight because if you do it wrong, and let's say not eat at all. then you will just end up hurting yourself. So please be careful. but I believe in you :3

Right now I have to cut down on sugar and chocolate because I am on the verge of being diabetic and I have a hernia which I am doing. So you do what you have to do too. As as I said take your doctor's advice first.
