Nothing worse than the feeling of loneliness. Loneliness is a disease. It’s like poison. Feels like it’s Killing you very slowly whilst allowing you to experience pain but pain that never ends. Physical, emotional and mental pain. Everywhere is pain. You feel empty and hollow. There’s like this void that nothing can fill. Because you’re human. And you need people to survive. We all need people. But you have no one. It’s an excruciating pain. You have to keep yourself busy to feel okay. Because the moment you’re idle and there’s silence you are reminded of your reality, that you’re alone. All alone. No matter where you go, how many people you’re surrounded by, who you talk to and how many people you hook up with you STILL feel alone. No one can fill that hole, that emptiness you feel. The realisation that you are alone in this big world. This cruel world. Feels like hell. Regardless of your race, gender, age, Life experiences, we all need someone. People that we can count on and run to. To not have that person, is worst feeling in the world. Its better to be dead than to feel lonely. Because at least when you’re dead, you don’t feel pain. Having to deal with everything on my own is so exhausting. And I’m not strong. I’m not capable. I cant do it.

All thoughts come and go, including these you just communicated. Some leave almost as fast as they arrive because they got no reaction from you. Thoughts (good and bad, helpful and harmful) need the energy you provide to linger and return often. This energy comes from your attention and when you add a dramatic story and some emotions that thought will be your constant companion.
So you've just invited these depressing thoughts of loneliness to stay as long as possible. You are likely to experience the things that you think about most because the other stuff will just be ignored.
The arrival of a thought does not make it legit, your creation, or automatically meaningful. You are not your thoughts. You are not your mind. You have a mind and it is a very useful and powerful instrument that needs to be managed.
If you want to change your life, you have to change your mind first. You are the gatekeeper who decides which thoughts are worthy of consideration and directing your actions. There is a method to becoming an effective gatekeeper. Its not magic, effortless, or difficult but it will require some determination and a little time each day (15 to 30 min).
I can say more. Want to give it a try?
