It’s hard being happy. And it’s hard to be sad all the time. If you’re strong enough to live through these tough times you’re conquering, I’m sure you’ll find your peace.
ReplyYour brain is programmed for negative feedback. You can reprogram it though, according to ...well everything. Science says so. Religion says so. Philosophy says so. If you start looking for good things and stuff to be grateful for, you should start finding them relatively quickly. And from there it's just a matter of keeping up the habit of looking when things get tough. Do some research on your own time though. Because everyone is physically and experientially different. So the methods that work for person A might not do a thing for you. But you might also be clinically depressed. But many people who have been diagnosed as that later come to feel that the diagnosis was wrong and begin to resent the doctors who diagnosed them because of that which only leads to more bitterness and negative focusing. So be very very careful. Treat your brain like it's a little baby and take good care of it, ok?
