I was a people pleaser.

I was a people pleaser. I put others' needs as my top priority. I didn't know how to say no. I don't like conflicts so I always try and agree with someone even if I have opposite thoughts.

I always feel responsible of what others feel. I act like the people around me. I just can't admit it when my feelings are hurt. I used to always SEEK for their validation.

But now, I learned it's unhealthy.

When I was a people pleaser, It was difficult and I don't feel free.

But now, being unavailable and only available for myself, I became much more happier than ever.

I am complete and so are you. Please stop looking for people's approval. We're both enough. Put yourself first is not selfishness, it never is.
