A rose has gotta bloom
And lift the barren lawn
From sullen, empty state
To beauty of a fawn
Most roses bloom at noon
Hide in their buds so long
And with the buds there was
A rose that bloomed at dawn
Its pedals red and bright
Stood out among the buds
Such illustrious sight
Contrasts the morose mud
But once the buds catch up
And take their turn to bloom
The premature bloomer
Has sooner met its doom
Incredible wonder!
A rose bush full of red!
With one space missing now
The rose that is now dead
The rose that bloomed too soon
Is sooner all forgotten
For things that bloom too soon
Are sooner to turn rotten
Don't bloom too soon my friend
Or soon shall be the end
