Sometimes it helps me to have a positive ritual that’s linked to something that feels good. For example, I don’t drink coffee often but when I do it’s nice and I tell myself positive thoughts like “you’re gonna accomplish a lot today” or “this is easier than you think”. When you combine positive thoughts with a positive stimulus (coffee for me) then sometimes you can break through a bad feeling. Good luck :)
