How do I stop feeling anxious and stressed all the time? 😭

do something for yourself you enjoy, whatever you like, get anxiety medication, can be taken anytime you're feeling anxious.

As someone who struggles with both of these things, here are a few things that might help. :)
If you haven't been diagnosed with anxiety, its best to check in with your doctor, that way if it's bad enough they can get you medication and maybe reccomend counseling so you could talk about what makes you anxious. Although I won't say they both will help 100%, they both can ease the anxiety.
Along with that you also can just do things you find relaxing before you go to sleep if you're someone to get anxious at night. Some things I do are read, take a shower/bath, draw, or write. Just make sure for maybe around the last hour before you head to sleep that your phone is put away and on the charger for the next day. That way you don't stress over things on social media and other things.
If it's day time anxiety, depending on whether it's in public or not I would say the same thing. Do things you enjoy and find relaxing to help distract yourself! That way your mind won't focus on whatever is giving you anxiety!
And if you are in public and don't have anything you really can do to relax yourself take deep breaths in and out. That way your focusing on breathing and not whatever is making you anxious.
As for the stress, I believe the anxiety could be the things that's giving you added stress. But if you are stressed about work or school, what I do is I plan out things in advance so I know when things are. I also like to write down what I need so I don't feel like I'm forgetting anything.
