How do I ignore the anger and sadness at home? How do I get rid of this small crush I have on my best friend? It's just so hard trying to pretend like everything's okay when I'm at school or anywhere really. I know I can't make anyone happy at home so I just wanna make everyone else happy. And the thing with my best friend... he likes someone else and I don't wanna get in the way. I don't know anymore. I just have so many emotions going through my head and it's like sometimes I just want to feel nothing. I know that's not healthy and it's bad but sometimes I just don't want to deal with these things. Any advice?

Help
Hi, all my life I've been struggling to find a friend. Whenever I found someone they would fade away slowly and then we would never talk. Last year I met this o...
I've been going through something similar as far as feeling like you have too many feelings. My advice is try focusing on only a few things at a time. Or even one at a time. I know it's hard but you have to deal with feelings and you can't turn them off. But you don't have to deal with them all at once. Whatever you feel like you can handle first, start dealing with that first. Things will get easier over time and your feelings of being overburdened will go away. You'll feel much better and healthier once you start dealing with the things that bother you. Sometimes you have to face things you don't like, but you can do it and you'll be glad you did afterwards. Also- it's ok to have a small crush on your friend even if he likes someone else. You can't always stop yourself from having crushes, lol.
ReplyEmotions cannot emote without thoughts. If your thinking is stinking, your going to feel pretty crummy. Simply change your thoughts and your emotions will change. It's a learning curve but its achievable.
