Well, the thing about life is that it moves forward. You can't control everything, but everything worked out for the best possible outcome. So, my advice is don't overthink things. Just enjoy being with your true love. You may have moments of sadness from time to time, but that will fade in time. Your fulfillment, your love, and joy with your partner will heal old wounds. 💖
ReplyWell i loved my first love so much and i think of them everyday and theyre still my #1 in my heart but i dont love them like that anymore. Its just a, "whatever" thing now. Accepting that life is just meant to separate people from your life so you can meet more people that make you feel the exact same way. Just same love, different people. Dont overthink it type shit. Accepting it.
ReplyIn a "world" of free will - where we choose whatever religion we prefer, where we marry whomever we want to marry, in this type of free will world - life doesn't do anything to us. We make mistakes and learn from them, becoming better at something as we age, including romantic love. Treasure your good memories from your past love and learn from the mistakes made. Best of luck.
Courtesy notice: the following includes a reference to a book that contains writings over 2000 years old which are mostly parables about human nature, both vile human nature as well as moral human nature, parables that are meant to teach us to learn and grow, including the teachings of Christ Jesus. No religion required, and better yet: no public displays of devotion required. Some bullies will label this "trolling", so "change the channel" now if of no interest to you.

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
