ReplyI can understand what you are feeling. The only advice I have is to find a way to accept that you can’t control everything. It’s been a struggle for me to realize this as well, I still haven’t fully accepted it. It is still a very good thing to be aware and double-check, to look out for dangers, but sometimes you have to balance it out so that you are not letting fear overcome you.
