I am wrapped with trauma and guilt and stress and embarrassment and I can’t shake these feelings and I don’t know what to do with myself.

This guy at my work asked jokingly if I was scared of him because I just so happen to be leaving the room everytime he walks in, I don't make eye contact, etc....
Your past doesn’t define you.
These things will keep arising but you push through. I know it’s hard
But it all starts with you.
You are the key.
You are the main character.
You are in control.
You may not feel it but you are.
You’ve got this and I promise you’ll have it for the rest of your life sometimes your grip might feel looser than other times but you’ve got this. I
Believe in you.
Set some goals maybe.
Like clean your room.
Organise your clothes?
I don’t know lol
Anything.
Sort photos out on your phone just something little too keep you occupied and be proud of yourself once you complete those small tasks!

ReplyI know that Nonvi says not to give advice and what not, but I'm going to anyways. You have to move past it. You have to pretend the trauma isn't there. You have to face your guilt face to face and fix whatever issue started it whatever that may be. For stress, you need to let your brain strings unwind and untie themselves as you do whatever makes you happy. I find it works best if you do so alone so that you can reflect on yourself and not worry about the judgement of others. For embarrassment, you may want to try to train yourself to never care. If you pretend not to care about the shame and embarrassment that is flowing inside of you, you eventually will not care. Because no one will embarrass you due to the fact that it is no longer fun because you do not respond in an entertaining way. These are ways to shake the feelings you can try, but don't feel restricted. This is just my supportive advice as a friend that understands the feelings you are going through- not what you are going through. And for what to do with yourself?
That's up for you to decide.
Do what makes you let go of all your feelings you've displayed on this page, and don't let anyone tell you it is wrong.
