I was bullied in middle school and hs bc of my race and having a dysfunctional family. I’m an adult now but I still think about my trauma back when I was a kid and I hate thinking about it. What should I do to move on?

Realise that because you've been bullied, you'll recognise any signs of bullying in the future and you'll be able to confront bullies as a grown up.
ReplyHi, I had the same experience. I sat w my trauma and the kid i was. I told them there was nothing wrong w me and that their behavior was a reflection on them entirely. Sought therapy. Talked to family with similar experiences. Recognized the sadness in the anger and pain I felt now, and then let that go
