Today I got a step closer to who I want to be and it felt really good. I had an open conversation that needed to be had and I'm slowly getting myself around the people I want to be around and away from the people I don't. I practiced setting boundaries and being honest with my feelings and what I would like to do.
Next I would like to find some daily physical activity for myself to make me feel better about my body.
THINGS TO REMEMBER:
-you can do anything you want, its all in your head.
-you are worth everything you want, go get it
-everything looks prettier in the right perspective
-LOVE YOURSELF
