Firstly, NEVER use bandages or tape. These can seriously damage your chest and if you're hoping for chest surgery in the future, damaging your chest can make you unable to receive it.
Using sports bras is your safest bet. You can wear two at a time, but never for more than about 8 hours a day, and try not to wear it at least once each week to give your body a break. You'll want to keep your breasts facing forward, but you can shift them towards your armpits to help them look flatter. Do not turn them or place them in an unnatural position, even if it may produce a flatter look. You could hurt your body. A second option is to wear baggy shirts or hoodies/coats. This one only works for breasts of a smaller size, and isn't as effective, but can help relieve dysphoria/discomfort in a pinch. There are also compression shirts available that can help further hide your chest. Whatever you do, if it begins to hurt, restrict your movement, or make breathing harder, take it off.
*Some people say that wearing one bra the correct way and one bra backwards can help with support and/or compression. There are a few different kinds of sports bras, so you'll want one that's a compression bra. These are made to help women prevent their breasts from bouncing around while they're active. You can also buy a bra that's one size smaller than yours, but be careful. You don't want something that's going to squeeze you.
Replyit helps if you push them to the side of your chest when you put them in a sports/bra binder -- like smoosh them to the side
