Cna someone please give me a good response to this... There is some ppl

When i tell them about how going through sth traumatizing affects someone and sometimes it causes ALOT of damage they say "i went through that and i turned out fine *

Like how do u repose to that?

    You might have to ignore that statement, sometimes it comes off as they are diminishing your problem but sometimes people genuinely go through shit ton of crap and eventually get better. So best for you to do is either ignore or assume that's the truth.
