Welp, to be honest, the first time I found a white strand of hair on my head was when I was 4 or 5. I've found a lot since then but it was just one strand per year. Today I noticed that the ends of my hair have lost all its pigmentation (it's basically white, not grey) and I'm ... confused, to say the least? I don't have any known health issues and I don't take any prescription drugs ATM (I did take them previously but I stopped a little over three months ago). My mental health has seen better days but it's definitely not the worst.
A little TMI, it's not just the hair on my head.
I'm kind of scared that I'll wake up one day sporting a full head of white.

Hi ! It's certainly not abnormal for teens to have asome strands of white hair sometimes it's because of a underlying health condition ( most likely to be vitamin B-12 deficiency.) but sometimes it could be because of reasons like environmental factors which we have no control over so you don't need to stress about having few white / grey hair . Just eat healthy fruits and vegetables and take care of yourself.
