I am so depressed but not in a sad or blue way, just in a way that you would be if you were a white piece of paper and don't know what to draw in it... like that.
And is destroying my social adaptation strategies...

So, may I consider you are in need of purpose in life. Seeing that you are a white piece of paper without any idea to draw on it says that you need a purpose a goal in life. Being a defective item (in your words, a mistake) says like you don't have any skill. You don't need to worry. I am also the same. Always trying to find out my purpose in life and scolding myself of not having any skill. But that doesn't means you are a mistake. I would say just try new things in your life. And maybe one day you will end up finding the skill, the purpose you have been looking forthat you can continue till the very end of you life. Thats my way of living. Everytime I try a new thing, I feel like I am one step closer of finding my purpose.
Replythat's actually a good idea 💡
ReplyNope never have.
Replywow, determined statement :O
ReplyYou are absolutely not a mistake.
You see, everything in the universe has a purpose. Every rock, tree, ant, and molecule. We are all part of the world and you matter to it. You affect it. You are meant to be here. Everyone makes mistakes, but no one is one.
Your purpose is simply to find joy, learn, and to attempt to put good in the world matter how small.
Depression sucks but know you'll be okay. Find someone to talk to.
Replyso any people in the world and the world so large 🤯
I go to therapy twice a month (economic reason). I am pretty much better now, I evolved some stuff and I'm more at peace... that doesn't mean I won't be struggling with life until my last breath, but the comfort is: we all am.
