A feeling is just that ... A FEELING. It is the only thing we can control. Take charge of your feelings.

Choose to be Happy regardless of the circumstances. Don't dwell in negativity. Think positively.
Think about what makes you happy and use it as a default thought whenever your mind drifts to an unpleasant thought.
Try counting slowly from1 - 10
Ask yourself is there anything you can do for yourself to make the situation better. If your answer is no. Let it go. Everything will work out. Be patient.

“Choose to be Happy” yeah! Manipulate yourself! Force yourself to be happy!! Ignore whats wrong, just focus on happy!! Negativity is no no. So if you are negative, you are being a bad person. Be HAPPY. Being happy is normal being negative is not normal.
