Random rant

Work place production at a 75 year low. Really? You wonder why? It's because most places don't pay what a person is worth and have the mentality youre a replaceable cog. They don't treat people well enough to care. That's why they have recalls on vehicles food etc.

Oh sure as long as you're breaking your back you're the best person ever. But get hurt on the job it's like you're treated like a criminal. I was once. Strained a muscle and the system they had set up in place was a write up warning on your record working unsafe that it's your fault no matter what for a Dr treated injury. I regret ever working for them. Only wish I'd told them to go f themselves sooner. The problem there was the whole place unsafe period. That's what led to the great resignation. I'll choose happiness over crappy job treatment any day. You only have one life.
