I've become a huge Procrastinator. I'm aware that it'll have several consequences in future but still I can't make myself do things which I'm meant to be doing. It's getting frustrating as well. And it isn't like that I hate doing those tasks (preparation for my competitive exam, starting my own small venture, or learning a new course) I want to do these but I just can't find that begining point and can't make myself to begin with this journey. I really am not able to understand this whole situation why is it happening. And I'm just wasting my time all day long. Someone please suggest some tips or tricks or something to just give me that wake up call. I really need it.
Thankyou

I need help..
Idk what's happening to me. I feel really anxious lately. I get emotional for little things and no one try to understand me. I feel very weak physically and men...
Follow 5 sec rule.. Whenever you think you have to do something, count 5 to 1 and before you reach 1 get up and start doing that work. It helps. Only you can help yourself and you know the solution.

Chronic procrastinator here. I think some of us can only work under pressure. That doesn’t mean we’re any better or worse, it just means we sorta need a gun to our head before we do our best work.
Sometimes it helps if I set random early deadlines for myself. Like say there’s a paper due on Monday. I’ll tell myself I have to get it done my midnight on Saturday so I can sleep all day Sunday. Of course it never completely works, but sometimes it helps get things started at least.
