so I'm waiting for some important results and I can't help but being extremely anxious all day. yesterday I couldn't sleep and finally slept at 5 am after trying to get rid of my intrusive thoughts. whenever I'm having a small moment of happiness, it vanishes after a while and I sink into sadness. my heart races uncontrollably, I feel my body burning, my body aches overall. I've been dealing with stress related issues since I became a teen, partly because of my perfectionism, I'm now 19 and they're only getting worse. it just really sucks, waking up and going to sleep with those unwanted thoughts.
