So-called "Free Speech" is just a mirage on Facebook for people with values. Currently feeling like a thirsty Saharan traveler in search of water but all I can see is just a mirage that even a drop of water might exist! The water here represents free speech! Facebook dries out the souls of people here! Feeling so weak as if someone drained all the blood out of my body! That's how Facebook makes people's souls feel. Weak, thirsty, and hopeless.
I'd like to admit the fact that I'm still able to freely complain about Facebook without any consequences! At least I've got that freedom to survive on. The freedom to complain!

you do have freedom of speech if you live in America (as long as it isn't communicating threats). you don't have freedom of speech while using someone else's platform though.
let's say someone walks into your house and starts spouting racist hate. or talks about the criminal activity they are involved with? you know, you can get in trouble if they stay. do you want that person in your home? no? so you tell them to stop. if that doesn't work, then you tell them to leave.
what if their beliefs doesn't align with yours, but doesn't affect your life negatively? i have had many debates in my home with friends and family. we don't always agree, but i don't ask them to leave.
when you are using facebook, you are in mark zuckerberg's "house". if he doesn't like what you are saying, he can kick you out or remove the post he feels is threatening or spreading misinformation. sometimes it can be a little over the top when sarcasm is misunderstood. yet, he doesn't know us personally. so, how is he going to understand our sarcasm? what we say/write is therefore taken at face value.
if you want the freedom to say whatever you want to say, then develop your own platform. simple as that.
