How do you stay relentlessly strong?

How do I stop being so insecure after I was wrong for so long?

How do I stay focused on my goals and not get distracted by anything?

How do I deal with those external judgements that will inevitably come until I resolve my life? Instead of sobbing uncontrollably for an hour

How do I change quickly?

Any self-help, biography, philosophy book or video recommendations?

There's been slow change but I can't wait. Lol that rhyme at the start was unintentional.

i don't really know, I just care more about myself and care less about what other people will say. Just Wake up in the morning, do what I have and what I want to do, then just survive for another day. Things just don't go according to what I planned but turned out well anyway. Have patience, a lot of it.

definitely hard to answer that. But as seen as a bright person by others. I think it's not fair for us, everybody has their own insecurities. It's just a matter of how you carry it. The ones who are labeled strong by society, have you realized how big of a burden they carry? They are always relied on, they needed to be strong for them and those who needed them.

This person (you) that concerns you so is a fiction and a distraction. Your experiences are real but your interpretations are misguided. Regardless of what we think or have been told, we have very little control over what happens next in our life especially when it involves other people or circumstances. Our super powers reside in our ability to accept, learn from, and adjust to what we encounter going forward.

We don't have a life to live as we choose. LIFE has us. Each of us is what LIFE is doing where we are right now. When we give up on this false sense of control, LIFE can more easily use us to bring more light and love into the world.
