There is this one problem I'm trying to find a solution to and I kinda exhausted all my options and it's something I can't control. The fact that I can't control it has been making me extremely anxious to the degree that I can't focus on anything else like working or studying. It's consuming me and nothing works. I tried exercising, reading, watching tv, but I'm too distracted to do these things. I need some advice on how to let go of things that are beyond my control if something has worked for you before. Thanks!

Beyond my control is hard to grasp. However, most people learn how to adapt to certain situations and use this unfortunate event as a life experience or life learning tool to predict the next situation.
ReplyI know it is so hard to maintain your focus but you're getting there and you're doing a great job. For now, you can accept the fact that there's nothing you can do for the things you can't control. Maybe you can learn to take a deep breath and remind yourself that it's okay if things don't go out as you planned it to be.I know it is hard letting go but that doesn't mean your wold will collapse in front of you, try to look at it in different way because maybe the universe is trying to teach you a lesson that you can use in the future.
ReplyWe (all of us) are living in a reality filled with continuous movement between inseparable opposites such as up and down, in and out, hot and cold, desire and satisfaction, joy and grief. Many religions teach us that we are eternal souls in earthly bodies on a single life long journey that will end with us going to heaven or going to hell. Our personal agendas can't adequately prepare us for either outcome. None of us have the control over outcomes that we would like to have.
The truth is; we do not have a life to live as we choose. LIFE has us. Each of us is what LIFE is doing where we are right now. Every encounter we have is an opportunity to go with ITS flow and to learn and do helpful things along the way. When we let go of our false sense of controls and let IT BE, LIFE can more easily use our presence to bring more light and love into the world.
