Do eat healthy
Do workout
Don't starve yourself
Don't do faddy diets
As boring and unpopular as it is, to lose weight and keep it off you need to lose weight at a steady pace, not too fast and you need to burn more calories than you are consuming and that is not a green light to go ahead and starve yourself a workout a little, eat healthy meals, healthy snacks, drink plenty of fluids, preferably water and exercise 5 days a week for at least 30 mins each of those 5 days. Do aerobic and weight work but on different days.
ReplyDo try to make a plan. A routine. Try to stick to it. Food and exercise wise sleep too. Don't stress if you don't be perfect with everything. As the other anon said don't starve or do dad diets. It may help to talk to a Dr or dietician too. Not every diet is for everyone. Just do what you can and keep at it.
Replydo: drink water, go outside, sleep well, keep stress levels very low, cook your own food and avoid processed foods
don't: worry, diet, have an unstable schedule, be online/staring at a screen for more than absolutely necessary each day, forget that you are beautiful
