Observing my career life of 5 years, I found when I start something I am enthusiastic but, along the way whenever there is some difficulty, I found myself losing interest in same work & taking impulsive decisions, leading to change of career path. That's why the career of mine is total mess. One can say I have tried all & hold on to nothing.
I know persistence, hard work, no fear leads to stable career. But in practical, why cannot I apply it?
How can stop hesitating & devote myself to whatever I've chosen?

Find beauty in it
ReplyYou are too enthusiastic about it and maybe even excited so that when something difficult happens your enthusiasm (or excitement) drops to a low and you don't want to continue. Don't be enthusiastic or excited to start something, just view it as a normal sort of thing that you are going to do that will have difficulties that will add challenges to it and make it more interesting.
